"Let's say this right now: every apartment move-in will be challenging, especially in Atlanta. I'm coming from Kentucky, and Paces Ridge made their part one of my relocation's most manageable and streamlined parts. Mackenson (Mac) and Chelsea G were absolutely fantastic. They dealt with my near-daily calls and tons of questions, helped me in, helped me source local resources and businesses, and went above and beyond to make sure my move-in and apartment experience started off - and continued to be - fantastic. I have never been able to write a glowing review for a living complex in my life. I can because Mac and Chelsea were excellent to my situational requirements. They even let me steal their coffee until I had my appliances back."

"I have to say,this was a grueling and tedious experience. But Chelsea Giles was my leasing agent and she was a very professional and compassionate person. I'm not a very patient person ,but she took it all in stride. She listened and never once took anything personal. Paces Ridge at Vinings is very lucky to have her. "First and foremost ALL five stars are for Chelsea Giles! She’s very transparent, her communication is TOP TIER which is much appreciated. She does her best trying to find you a home you’ll love. Side note the community doesn’t deliver, the club house is beautiful the 24 hour gym is a plus but the townhomes are REALLY DATED for the price. They will show you a really nice upgrade unit then you see the other ones and ask yourself if this is ran by the same people. If you’re gonna charge me 1400+ I expect better work being put into it not just a lipstick on a pig job. (I attached a picture of a wall in the loft unit) I really wanted to love here but they show you a two bedroom apartment that’s immaculate and everything besides that to me just isn’t worth the money they’re charging."

"Stay away from this place! The maintenance (Ms. Susie only) is the only hope in this place! She answers quickly. But they paint over the mold, you have flooding issues, break ins in the package room, and poor communication especially from Michelle. She doesn’t care at all. Please don’t spend your money here especially if you want a peace of mind. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. The bug and roach problems are ridiculous! Do not move here please. I feel bad for whoever got our apartment. Just ridiculous and a hell hole."

"My family and I have been leaving here going on two years. We love the complex and amenities. We even hosted our baby shower here at the club house. My husband and I also enjoy the easy accessible gym on site. I love how responsive the maintenance is when there are things that are needed to be fixed, they respond in a timely manner and get the job done well and remain professional. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and the location as well. We love being walking distance to grocery store, driving distance to many food spots, not so far from the mall, and probably a few exits away from the city."
