I like the layout of the townhomes, the patio in the back and the front area is big enough to decorate if I want to. Leasing manager is very good at answering phone calls and attending to issues. I know the maintenance person is new and very good at resolving any issues I have."

"This complex the worst ever place that you can go as last one in the planet. I am serious about this guys! I paid full amount $1400 as deposit when i moved first time. They said we gonna pay you this back and after 3,5 years later I left the house clean but i have asked my deposit back and they said we used that money for painting and cleaning stuff. That's %100 a lie cuz one of my friends living in that complex still and he said after me they found another person right away for rent for my unit. When i called them for refund they say we gonna send the paper that we charged those bills for your deposit. It's been a month i did not get anything even an email receipt. So, I am telling you all these as i left the place but also there is such a bad management when you live there. In 3,5 years lots of bugs and especially roaches were everywhere in my unit. They said we gonna take care of but they Did not!! I paid the stuff to take care of. OHH!! BTW, every 3 month they keep telling we gonna raise the rent. So believe or not i have got these experiences in this place. So you could say why did you live in 3 years then there. I know that the only reason i was staying there sake of close location of my job. Oh btw, They robbed my washer when i left there in 2 days to move. When i got there she said somebody took it that. But i know one of management ppl took it. And also My wallet robbed from my car.This area kinda of criminal. Anyway, if you think its just okey for location to worth it NOT REALLY i am telling you at front. YOU will waste your money and might your life in there ABSOLUTELY!!!"

"Great location!!! It’s good price for what you get being in the upcoming West midtown neighborhood. The leasing office however are complete CROOKS!! Over the last 5 years I have referred 3 friends to move here. Every single one of us had a bad experience with the move out. They are privately owned and want to use your full month deposit (regardless of credit ) to take care of things a apartment complex should offer before renting out again. Such as clean carpets and fresh paint. Washer & dryer connections, gas, electric and water all billed seperatley"

"I’ve been living here for 3 years. 2 years in a townhome and 1 in the older apartments. Where do I start? Since moving into a unit 6 months ago, we’ve always had something to deal with. Our apartment has a bad roach problem, bathrooms and closets are old and fallen apart. We have literally had AC problems since moving in. We’ve been told on several occasions that someone is coming only for them to come a day later or never at all. And when they do, the issue still isn’t fixed!! Imagine sitting in 80 degrees in your own HOME. I would not suggest living here AT ALL. Old management seemed to care more and had us dealing with a hot home for months. Our electricity bill is double and lastly, car vandalism is increasingly worse. My roommate and I had our cars broken into on separate occasions as well as neighbors. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!"

"Save your money and find a place that will return your deposit reasonably. I lived at the property for two years and It's been ok till I moved out at the end of July to work in another state. I haven't got my deposit back. It's been HALF OF AN YEAR!!! I understand changing management will prolong the process but this is way beyond my understanding. I've provided my forwarding address multiple times and now the management is not even taking my call now."
