"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! They don’t care about their residents. You call their 24/7 maintenance line no one ever answers. Your apartment gets flooded by your upstairs neighbor oh well you have to deal with it because they don’t care! They will wait almost a month before they try to fix the problem and even then they don’t fix it. Apartment has mold and you show proof they say they’ll move you but don’t, and if they attempt to they try and give you one as bad or worse than the one you’re in! The leasing office staff is mad rude especially Liz. Called about our a/c going out she told me that there is nothing they can to and we just have to sit and deal with the heat till they get a part or an outside contractor can fix it and even then they still don’t do anything let alone try to fix a damn thing."

"My leasing agreement says one price but i end up pay $110+ additional somehow. Charge for pest. I guess they have a roach kennels here. They charge for alarm system that isn't monitored. So if youe alarm is going off noone will be dispatched to your home. Which is actually a violation of the rental insurance. Normally there is a enormous amount of garbage around the dumpster. The water will be cut off atleast once a mont because a pipe busted. That water that keaks will be on your bill."

"Im a long time resident and this is completely honest do not move here unless you dont mind bugs, a lying front office and maintenance men who cant fix a problem. These apartments are NOT LUXURY they are bug and mold infested. You have some people living here who receive section 8 assistance yet the apartments are 1,250 and up management has changed at least ten times since ive been here. The last property manager we had informed me why that is happening on his last week here and stated it was because the apartments have to be gutted as well as needing the entire plumbing system replaced. Dont let these folks lie to you nothing is up to par with these apartments. So dont think you suddenly found a hidden gem in south atlanta these apartment are all raggedy"

"These apartments do not keep up.They will not fixed anything. My sewer has been backup for months and there are wholes in my wall. They said they were going to fix but they didn't.Code enforcement has fined them several times and they still don't fix it.Someone died in my apartment because of the fumes that the sewer was giving off. They sent me an email because I stopped paying rent in order to move to my new place. They told me they going to tell ga power they don't want any electric running through this unit. The news came out and video it. They won't give anyone answers.They just hide in the office.If I could give them a 0 I would."
