"I am so happy my dad is now a resident at HearthSide Towne Lake. The facility and common areas are beautiful. His apartment is spacious, bright and well maintained. The staff and residents are friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, close to all necessary shopping, pharmacies and many restaurants. The availability of a hair salon and business center with computers in the building also enable him to handle many activities without leaving home. I highly appreciate Miss Cammy's thoughtfulness and attention to detail in finding him an apartment close to the elevator due to his difficulty walking longer distances. Miss Cammy, Miss September and the maintenance staff have been wonderful to work with and excellent in communication with me and my dad. It is a good feeling to know my dad is at HearthSide Town Lake."

"I applied and they told me that they don’t care so much about the credit as long as I make the income requirements. I made the application and gave a check to reserve the apartment. Their email was not accepting the documents I was sending. They kept asking me for more paperwork and a new lady wanted to correct the forms. She was talking to me like she was an old teacher. Very rude. It seemed that they didn’t know what they were doing. Finally they called and told me that I did not qualify. I asked what was the reason but they didn’t know why I was turned down. They gave me a telephone number to call and ask. I did call and the only they did was to send me my credit report, but nobody could tell me the reason that I was turned down. They returned the check I gave them for the deposit. I feel they had someone ales to move in with higher monthly payment. I’m very disappointed with them. Today I’m back to add to my review. I have to give them 5 stars!!! Last week I received a call from the main office. A very sweet lady Nadiran asked me about my experience with the Town Lake office. I explained to her what happened and she asked if it was OK with me to send to her some of my documents which I did. She when through and apologized for what happened and asked if I’m still interested, which I was. Next day I received a call from the Town Lake office and I had to go and reinstate the application. A very sweet lady took me to her office and explained to me that was her mistake for turning me down the first time. A page was missing from my documents and she miss calculated everything. The place is very good, clean, friendly and peaceful to leave. People are socializing and enjoying all amenities there. They don’t feel along and neglected. I like the environment very much. The only thing I’m missing is a balcony! I thank and appreciate the help from all the staff in the office."
