"I've lived here since August. I've witnessed the office staff and the maintenance team care for the property and show me the same respect I show them. Respect is earned, not given. In the 5 months I've seen and come to notice many people disrespect the property and do not care for their environment and the place they call home. All of the trash and dog mess comes from residents. Clean up after your pet.! Some kids run around and trash the property from lack of home training. I've had no problems with the office staff and maintenance. We may have better amenities if people respect and took pride in their space instead of trashing the place. If I was the property manager I wouldn't invest any money just to have everything destroyed in a few days."

"I have tried for years to get into this place. I went in to fill out the application, they told me I had to do it online and pay the fee to apply. I did. I called up there and they told me someone would get a hold of me once a space came available. They never did. I even tried contacting them multiple times. A year later they have a now leasing sign out front, I tried getting a hold of them to check on my application since they never got back to me and I can never get in touch with anyone."

"The office staff, and the regional manager are so not helpful. Everyone will give you different information and the regional manager is just plain rude. I've never experienced a place quite like this. The regional manager try to tell me that no matter what complex I went to. They would tell me the same thing which is 100%. Not even true I got into a great apartment Damn, grateful at this place did not work out because I wouldn't wanna live in a place that's so unfriendly. They really need to step up their game and get some customer service training."

"These apartments are okay and yes there are quite a few things within the proximity of these apartments that makes it very convenient to live here. However, I have been in these apartments since August 2021. Since I have moved in they messed up my rent and blamed me, never once sat down to talk to me about the issue. The set rules and regulations such as visitor parking and pets yet these rules and regulations are not placed on every tenant. They raised the rent $200 each year without fixing anything or barely fixing things. Just recently I had to have my refrigerator replaced, and needed proof in order to get replacement food stamps, in which I was informed that I needed proof of the fridge getting replaced, I was told that they could call them but they will not provide written proof. There is so much more I can say about this place. Before you ask why am I still here then. I am a full time student that works and apprentice 40 hours a week, I do not have the time or energy to look for another place so I renewed my lease for one more year. I have had nothing but issues with this place and do have receipts to prove how unprofessional this place is and how quick they will put blame on tenants for "THEIR' (the employees of Ridgewalk) mistakes. Proceed with caution when applying for an apartment with this place. Management is truly rude and unprofessional as well."

"Listen up!… Before I applied to live at Ridgewalk, I read the reviews and was hesitant but I knew that I needed to experience the apartments myself. I’ve always known that complainers complain and they’re rarely a solution to the problem. I don’t know what Ridgewalk was like before I moved in so I can only comment on the current situation. I can tell you that I am fortunate to live here. I have a beautiful view from my windows of the well kept property. I see the staff tending to the grounds as I look to the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance. There is minimal trash on the property. I am more concerned about the people who disrespect this property than the staff who seem to be expected to clean up after disrespectful individuals. Maybe the people complaining about the trash are the same ones who dispose of large items like couches and other furniture at the community dumpster even though there is a sign notifying us that these items can not be placed there??? If the minimal trash bothers you then pick it up and be a solution to the problem. Insects are everywhere in the world. I’ve had insects in every home I have lived in and yet there are very few in my apartment. Ridgewalk offers free extermination service. I sleep well at night- no bugs crawling on me. I often feel I live in a resort. I look out my windows enjoying the green landscape as the staff tends to the property as well as the residents needs. I have had minor issues occur with faucets, door knobs and air conditioning. I submitted a maintenance request and all issues were resolved before I returned from my long day at work. That’s right…same day service ! I receive packages from Amazon and the like. So do many other residents. Everyone is respectful of others property and I find my packages waiting for me after my long day at work. It’s quiet and I understand that there’s a resident Woodstock police officer who’s tends to our safety. Thank you… Aujanae Zayda Caleb Dee Dee Davon RG Miguel You take good care of me."
