Apartment was super clean when we arrived and it was in great condition, literally couldn't find any issues (we have a 2 bedroom apartment). I was a little hesitant at first because we wouldn't have a fully hardwood floor unit but the carpet is super soft, comfy and easy to clean! No noisy neighbors so far and the entire property is well maintained. Huge thank you to Melissa for helping us with all the paperwork, you were so sweet!"

"I've been here 6 months now. I love this place! I'm on a first floor and have the sun room which my cats love! Even though the apartment is listed as just under 1,000 sq ft, it feels much larger! I am very fortunate that I am located less than 100 feet from the pool as well! Apartment is a blank slate for you to put your personal touches on as well! If you are wondering, the blue light in the kitchen is a rope light and makes for a great night light!"
