"I was greeted by very rude and unfriendly receptionist, Kim! My refrigerator froze. My insulin! I was in two other rooms, checking the refrigerators and they were nonworking. The toilet was broken and kept refilling itself. No one from maintenance was on hand at 7 o’clock in the evening. I could not recommend this hotel with good conscience to anyone. I will not be back, ever!"

"Room was spacious and the area had a lot nearby (groceries, fast food, etc.). The check-in staff was friendly but I wish the rooms were cleaner. I found pieces of a charm bracelet on the floor under the desk and there were sticky spots on the night stands. The rate of the room wasn't bad at all, but cheaper things always come at a cost."

"price is great for the size of the room check in and out - great door to room: dated breakfast: could have been better shower: great bedroom: good tvs: should be bigger livingroom: stains on couch. other wood surfaces. a light switch on the divider that didn't seem to switch anything on or off. the circle table was wobbly small stains on curtains in living room. too many small details prevented this from being a great room but I still enjoyed the stay nonetheless. 216(room)"

"Room was spacious, but had an oder like pets in the room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate but felt like food service from a health care facility. All in all, I would still go back to stay with hope it could improve."

"Stayed here for three nights. The room was very clean and very convenient to 575. The staff was so friendly and very professional. The breakfast was delicious! Everything was always stocked. I’d like to give a shout out to Helen who works the front desk. She is awesome, so nice and just made us feel welcome and at home!! This is a great affordable hotel, I highly recommend it and I definitely would stay here again!!"
