The Property Manager (Rachel) is very friendly and responsive to any concerns on the property, and Maintenance (Marcos) is the friendliest of person there is!"

"We live at 260 Woodstock and LOVE the location. It is so fun to open the door and listen to the city, the music in the evening and birds in the morning. We love hosting friends and family at our house because it feels like your Downtown living. There are a few things to keep an eye out for. The power bill here is extremely high, much higher than a 3-4bd house. We do not have access to any amenities, no pools , tennis courts, or clubhouse. The parking situation is pretty awful, you are only assigned 1 spot so if you have multiple cars you'll need to park them around the downtown area. This are minor gripes for us but they are worth noting. Overall we love this home, the staff, and the community. Can't wait to see how they plan to improve this building. I WOULD LOVE A FRONT ENTRACE."
