The Mill at Chastain

"I have been living here since May. We have had many problems, but our most recent is pest control. We called last Saturday because we had a LIVE mouse in our unit. They told us that pest control doesn’t come out until Thursday, and they won’t reimburse us if we get our own. Today is Thursday. Pest control came and spent about four minutes in our apartment according to our camera (we were at work). I came home to find that he put one singular glue trap in our laundry room. That’s it. Mind you, we told them the mouse went into our second bedroom. No preventative measures were taken, and by this point we already had to buy our own traps and stuff the mouse hole ourselves. It’s disgusting and not something a tenant should personally have to deal with. And this is just a winter problem. There were roaches that came in during the summer. We requested pest control multiple weeks in a row and nobody ever showed up. Very unprofessional."

"Great location! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness center is open 24/7 and is rarely crowded and the tennis courts and pool are lovely."

"Stopped in today to check out a three-bedroom two-bath absolutely fell in love with the complex Michelle was extremely helpful and definitely on top of her job she answered all the questions before even asked that I walked in with . The landscaping, the apartments the balcony are absolutely beautiful love that it's a gated community very cozy home feel definitely applying for the apartment we toured today felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door"

"Carmen at the office is amazing!! Best tour guide ever! Everyone there was so quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions. I think the Mill really stands apart from other apartments in how their office/maintenance operates. The entire complex is kept up incredibly well and the apartments are super nice. One of the best management teams I have ever experienced."

"My son has just moved in and the staff has been fantastic! We called a few times ahead with several questions and someone was always willing to assist. They give you a real tour when you visit. The grounds are maintained and so Beautiful! And the apartment was so nice and clean and in great shape. The staff came with us once the keys where picked up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. So glad they moved into the Mill."
