"It’s a good option if you plan on studying in KSU, a comfortable walking distance. The units do have the risk of coming in inappropriate conditions if someone was living there before. That said their staff makes an effort to assist in the residents needs and to maintain quality. Especially the managers Jamal and Moe, they get five stars. Good pool area, neat activities every now and then, and decent apartments if you put some love into them ."

"I've lived at The Blake for 2 years and never had any issues. Obviously there are some things like trash or loud neighbors, but what do you really expect from a student living complex? Any issue I've ever had has always been resolved the same day and I've never been charged for anything random. I don't get why this place gets such a bad rap considering it's just a pretty typical, maybe a little above average college apartment. Great place to live if you're a student at KSU."

"I've lived here for 3 years and here's my take on it: Staff: The staff here is truly unmatched, the maintenance is super fast and reliable, the office staff is nice and makes you feel at home, and the management isn't overbearing like I hear with other apartments (if you don't break the rules they truly leave you alone) The apartment: I mean, what else can you ask for, there's loads of privacy even with a roommate, lot's of living space, amazing internet, and great appliances. It's clean and there are 0 bugs I have no idea why people think this place has bugs, probably because they're dirty... it's also within walking distance of campus so you save money by not paying for parking on campus. Amenities: The gym is good when people don't take things from it. The pool and surrounding area are amazing, the lobby is always clean and looks good, and the package lockers work amazingly. The only negative is how far away the guest lot is to building 1 but who doesn't need a few steps every now and then. There is literally no reason to pick anywhere else to live. The Blake is the best by far and hopefully will continue to be."

"one of the nicer student apartment complexes around kennesaw. maintenance is always fast and the apartment are nice and big. my only downside would probably be the lighting in the apartments. but overall very nice"

"The apartment did not perform a live walk thru with us but after we moved out. Charging $180 for damage underneath the mattress and a window screen on the second floor? We never lifted up the mattress the entire length of stay so this charge is very strange. We never open the window so if the screen was damaged it’s from the outside, such as WEATHER or already damaged. I’m disputing this charge and ask for their Corporate office information. They also tried to charge 150 for a couch that the roommate dog ripped up, that didn’t work and this is not going to work either. Very unprofessional establishment and always coming up with unsubstantiated charges. STOP IT!"
