"I've been happy and comfortable at 14 sixty five! We had a water leak once and it was fixed right away. The bathroom and closet are super spacious and the queen sized bed is great! Friendly, the lobby smells so good. 14 sixty five what fragrance do y'all put in the air freshener?? I need it. Great place."

"This place has been great so far. The only downside is that people aren’t careful of other cars. You could come out to your car one morning and find dents, scratches, and such on your car from other vehicles. Nobody is careful of other people’s things when parking. It has happened to other people as well like 5 times since August as well."

"Overall the place is nice, the furniture and fridge in kitchen are a bit small for 5 people. Other than that living here is nice and the people here are nice as well"

"If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Beware. Limited to zero parking for guest (visitors). Charges for services you don’t get. Residents gets their cars towed every night, all because they trying to make bands. They are unprofessional. No service after office hours. Beware of this place. Thank me later."

"the fact that the issue of residents being locked out of their units and bedrooms is still an ongoing problem (even after 24 hours) is deeply concerning. feels like management / corporate isn’t concerned about the well being of their residents and also the units that we pay a ton for each month. hoping this issue is revolved soon because i enjoy living here but am not impressed at how management has handled this issue at all. not fair for residents with pets or residents who are out of state and can’t find places to stay while dealing with this. ALSO not having weekend maintenance is insane"
