"When we first moved in the complex was clean, gym was in working order, neighbors were quiet. Idk if it’s new management or what but this place just isn’t what it was. Trash is always piled up bc the tenants here just throw it near the dumpster bc they’re too lazy to walk it to the compactor when it is working. There’s no noise control so people above me have no respect or care about people below or surrounding them. Slackers above me are so loud for so long the popcorn ceiling falls on the floor nightly. Office doesn’t care even though I’ve shown videos, hell I would move units to make it easier. Idc. Just want to live in my little world, not be subjected to someone else’s misery and have to listen to it in my own living room. Hot water only lasts for about 5 minutes. It has just sucked. Maybe they need to up their screening game for future applicants? Not even sure if it’s management that’s at fault, maybe nobody listens to them either. Either way, consider your options. I’m here waiting for the lease to run out, not really how you want to live. But gotta do what you gotta do."

"Tenant of 2yrs. Under the more recent management changes, I foresee good things ahead. The grounds landscaping needs are tended to, maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, I can see change happening, that’s a great start. Disposal of trash is an issue, I feel tenants should be penalized for the litter and dog poo left all around the complex. Overall it’s good, communication could be better when dealing with more complex tenant matters such as lease renewals etc. I’ll likely stay a bit longer if they’re able to meet my rental needs as far as space and costs."

"If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. Moved in this place about 6 months ago. I should have saw the flags then. We were told our rent would be 1200, then 1400 and when we went to sign the lease it went up to 1600. They did go back down to the 1400, but have been charging us 1600 every month. So we have a balance on our account. Our AC has been not working properly since the beginning of July. And we are now almost into October…. 3 months of not knowing if the AC is going to cool off your apartment..100 degree weather and it doesn’t work… I have told them on many occasions about it, and they have yet to do anything. They said they would bring us a portable to use, and never did that! Now we have the issue with the popcorn layer on ceiling falling in. It is in huge pieces and just continues to fall. One piece fell and hit my roommate… they were told this… NOTHING!!! The dumpster is always over flowing. The pool was closed for 2 months this summer. And the gate for this gated community has not worked since we have been here. STAY AWAY!!!! It just sucks!"
