"I tried getting a room Saturday the 2nd for myself and my dog the young lady at the front desk charged me 108$ for the room and then a 30$ pet fee, on my end it said approved however she proceeded to tell me it declined when the pet fee was added. I was confused bc on the card reader said approved! When I checked my bank account it charged me for both the pet fee and room plus I still had money in my account which I showed her and she said “well idk.” I asked her if someone could maybe look at it and she told me “I’m actually kinda the best at this so there’s rlly no point” I asked her for a refund which she gave me a paper that had a miscellaneous pet fee and a “correction adjustment.” Called my bank and was told to wait a couple days to see if a charge went through bc sometimes it takes a bit for the charge to drop however guess what they charged me the pet fee and then added an additional 30$ fee to my card. Went to the motel 6 across the street and everything was perfectly fine not declined or anything even after I was out 140$. Not sure if this was bc I’m young so they tried to take advantage of me or if this was a complete misunderstanding but my whole encounter was very weird"

"When one goes on vacation, they want to be safe . The first time visiting , things went smoothly- no weird smells . The second time , I noticed they tried to run my card in the middle of the night as slept . Then formed an ideology of a 100 dollar deposit . There is also a weird” altar “ of smooth marble pebbled stones added to the counter - with strange jeweled bowls (for peppermints ) . The management is not all-American friendly , meaning they bug-eye- stare and do not greet and speak in different tongues. If you do stay , guard your cards steadily throughout the night . This should not have to be at a place of relaxation."

"We liked the location of the hotel right next to walmart and other fast food restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was a plus. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is well taken care of. I willl be back!!"

"Place was decent,but the cleaning service should have made up the bed that had no suitcase on it. They took the extra towels and didn't replace them. The cleaning was not so great. The breakfast was so,so. The location was the best. Don't like that they hold 100 dollars and then you have to wait 5 days after you leave for them to return it. Would I stay again? Yes, just because of location."
