"We moved in two years ago, and this place has such a homey feel, great neighbors, and is a safe place to be. We were experiencing some difficulties from time to time with maintenance but since Daniel came to work around July, there have been no issues! like to add that Daniel is a pleasure to have as our go- to guy. He always has a great attitude and is happy to take care of our maintenance needs!"
"The staff here is great. I did my first tour here with Karen and she saw me through to moving day and was awesome to work with. She responds quickly and always has the answers to any question. Marlin and Daniel from maintenance are always on top of it. Any time I’ve put in a request they respond and got it fixed that day. They’re communicative guys and they always say hey when you see them around."
"We moved in about two months ago and love it. The apartments here are so unique and we really enjoy being able to live in an industrial loft without paying downtown Atlanta prices. The office team went out of their way to make us feel at home (thank you Karen!) , and the maintenance team (Daniel and Marlon especially) are very kind and helpful. 11/10 would recommend."
"First, Dakota is AMAZING to work with and handled my anxiety like a boss! We came from a very terrible place to this haven and haven’t been happier! The apartment is GORGEOUS, everything is new and the best appliances I’ve ever worked with, everyone (including neighbors) are super friendly, good mornings every morning, my pug Prince is living his best life! Amenities are wonderful- loving the pool! Also, the maintenance team is fast, polite, and wonderful to work with :) I don’t think we’ll be leaving anytime soon as we’ve already started placing our roots here "
"I just moved in a month ago and I love the place. It’s always kept clean and the night lighting makes you always feel safe walking to and from your car. Already ready to move into a bigger unit! I had to have maintenance come to fix my blinds and they were super nice. Karen in The office is the best!"
