"I got here Saturday evening, and was told they had to switch my room because there was mold in the other room and so I took their word that this room would be better. I took my kids down to the pool, got them their dinner and got them a bath and put them to bed. Since I drove up from another state, I obviously was very tired, and then laid down and went to sleep as well. I got woken up because people on the same floor have no respect for others around them and I went to look at my phone and realize that there was mold on the side tables and then I noticed when I grab my flashlight that there is mold on the headboard, there is mold on the fridge there is mold on the dresser there is mold on the other side table. There’s mold in the little closet so I called the customer service number and they were no help and then I called the front desk and he told me he couldn’t do anything and they had no rooms and he had nothing to clean it so my kids and I have to stay in this mold infested room and I can’t talk to anyone about a refund until 630 tomorrow morning. This all took place around 1:30 AM. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the service here and the quality of the building in the rooms."

"This hotel is amazing - the staff is wonderful & helpful. The rooms are cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in ever anywhere close to here. They are very knowledgeable about customers & their choice privileges status. They just make you feel comfortable here. It's right by the highway for traveling & Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. And the manager is the sweetest woman you ever met - Hope! Thanks for a wonderful stay - can't wait to visit again! Thank you to you & all your staff!"

"After traveling for over twelve hours, we looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation when we arrived at the Comfort Inn and Suites in the early evening. Unfortunately, a graduation party was being held in the conference room right off the main lobby. Even though our room was situated on the third floor, the loud music and vibrating bass made it impossible to take a nap. When visiting the front desk, the manager-on-duty informed me that the group had rented out the room and would quiet down at 9 PM. I explained that we really didn't want to wait for two-and-a-half hours to start enjoying OUR stay, but she told me, without even the slightest hint of empathy or understanding, that there was nothing she could do. Soon, the music quieted down for about 10 minutes, only to be turned back up to full volume afterward. Because we couldn't rest, we chose to go out for a couple hours. When we returned, the outside entrance and lobby were filled with police officers and party-goers. My issue was two-fold. One, I like to think that customer service is still something to strive for. My two day, $385 stay was probably nothing compared to the price paid by the people renting out a room to hold a party, but I have never been so rudely dismissed when expressing my concerns, and hope that any potentials customers won't have to encounter this type of behavior from the staff that is supposed to assist it's customers in having a pleasant stay. Secondly, why would a hotel allow a LOUD party to be held directly off the lobby and beneath the rooms of it's customers? I understand having a corporate event, baby shower, etc., but who approved of a graduation party where the rights of the party-goers infringed upon the rights of the hotel guests?"
