"I wouldn't recommend anyone rent from them. I had a horrible experience the whole time I rented from them. Couldn't get them to fix the a/c unit for months and had to endure the summer heat and the building was infested with roaches. They also will put false fees/ charges on your credit without any notice of money owed."

"I am only giving one star because you have to in order to leave a review. My experience went well. I never had any issues while I was renting. After I turned in my 30 Day notice because my family purchased a home, everything still seemed ok. Even after turning in my keys Tiffany said everything looked well. Now 4 years later I get a call from a creditor stating I owe over $3000 for termination of lease, not giving notice and also for repairs. These are all false statements and they must have me confused with someone else. They also never reached out to say I left damages or didn’t turn in notice. I’m at the same employer and have the same contact number. I also left my forwarding address on my 30 day notice to vacate. I was on a month to month lease at this time. I do not recommend to anyone. During a pandemic to try and collect false charges is outrageous."
