"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Bathroom is very nice and updated. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, pinned this hotel for future travels. Very nice."
"Room was pretty clean except for long black hairs in the bathroom, which is the reason for not giving the room 5 stars. Very loud. Wasn't bothered by the interstate traffic, just could hear people talking and sounded like someone slamming a door so hard it shook our room, several times. Would have dealt with all of that without saying anything, but the service is the worst I've seen ANYWHERE. Very rude. The lady with housekeeping looked at me like I had horns and a tail when I asked for coffee. I mean she stared daggers at me. So I asked for 2. I paid for it after all. Front desk guy was absent for a long time when we tried to check in. Barely spoke English and needs a lesson on manners. I also read reviews after I got here and saw that IHG basically dismisses a lot of these reviews, saying that us reviewers are "confused". Will not stay here again."
"If I could put zero stars, I would this they charge me for $164 for one night and then tried to push me out of the room two hours before I was supposed to be out. Ridiculous hotels are getting ridiculous pushing people out before the check out. It’s 930 check out at 11. She’s pushing me out to clean the room. Wow, I’ll never stay here again and then on top of the on top of that the guy that’s working the night shift at the front counter is a complete idiot. He speaks no English. I said I wanted one week five days and he said you want 15 days no no English at all makes it harder on everybody hire somebody that knows what they’re doing even the guy that’s on the dayshift is a complete idiot, I paid for washing powders. It took him an hour and a half for me to pay eight dollars through debit card. I will definitely never stay here again so ridiculous. and on top of all that the Red Bulls for five dollars apiece for the little ones when you can walk right next-door and get them for three dollars apiece for the big ones y’all are stupid"
"At one time this was a decent hotel, but my last visit made me realize that, that would be my last visit. The front desk clerk was nasty (Sunday shift change), there was no hot water in half of the building and they couldn’t really switch me because they didn’t know which half it was. Kids were running amuck through the lobby as well as the pool area. It had gotten so bad they started handed out wristbands."
"Rooms were fairly new and clean, with decent appointments - 4/5. I could knock it down some more for broken elevator and pool, but I'll let that pass. The breakfast was solid. Location - it's behind a waffle house and a gas station (says a lot) on a hill, and the approach road is a mess. There is no dedicated turn in lane if you are coming from the other direction - 2/5 Service - this is the reason for the review. I mistakenly left my jacket in the room closet. Called the next day to verify it was in their lost & found (it was). The desk clerk initially offered to ship it to me at my cost, which I was okay with, but given that they charged me in full up front for my room (I'm not used to prepaying in full for a room - this wasn't a hold, it was a full charge), I asked for the courtesy of having them verify the charges for me before they did so. Clerk said that would require the manager. Okay. Waited a day. No call from the manager. Called back in, same clerk, he had a bad attitude and said it would be too expensive to ship to me (I'm paying??) and he had a bad attitude. I asked him if I could speak with the hotel manager. He, very annoyed, said I would have to wait for her to get in that morning and the manager could call me back. Manager never called. I'm a bit cynical about it, but I'm guessing he or someone else liked the jacket and decided to make an early Xmas for themselves and ignore me in the process. Not impressed. That jacket was a. Xmas present from last year. Had as much sentimental value as monetary. Enjoy the negative karma when it comes back at you."
