"Great location right off the highway! Really easy to jump right back on if you’re traveling. Breakfast and indoor pool was great for the kids. Front desk team was nice and helpful. They did seem like they were running on a smaller team but regardless they were helpful."

"The location was great, close to food & gas but still quiet. The staff was amazing & helpful. The rooms were clean, no bugs, & the guest laundry was wonderful. Only reason I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is because the pull out sofa is said to be a full & it was barely the size of my kid's twin bed at home (it was also stained). So the room couldn't accommodate 4 people. However, the amazing desk clerk fixed things & got us a room that would sleep 4 (even though the paint was peeling on one of the walls at the ceiling). The breakfast was also decent. Would definitely stay here again."

"I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. I work as a travel nurse so I was staying at Fairfield for 3 nights. The rooms are clean and well set, the housekeeping employees are very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The only thing that makes me not want to come back is the front desk staff. There are two women who work at the front with a horrible attitude. The lady that's usually there speaks over you and talks in a condescending tone. The other lady, I asked her for two water bottles. The water bottles were sitting 2 feet away from the desk but still when I asked her she gave me a good 3 second look like if I'm serious that I just asked her that and then handed it to me with a straight face. Absolutely horrible front desk service. Would not be coming back. There are far better hotels nearby with same price and wayyyyy better service."

"I arrived today at 3 am and the receptionist was super nice and helped us get settled (we were coming from St Louis). The breakfast was good and rooms were pretty comfy. The reason why I’m leaving a poor review is because I left my shoes in the room and I realized 1-2 hours after I checked out (we were already on the road). I called and asked if someone found my shoes, the lady said they would call me back but no one did. I called few hours later and they mentioned they didn’t find them which is impossible since I left them there. I stay at Marriot hotels because of the reputation but after this experience I see no difference from staying at a Motel 8. Truly shameless…"
