"I submitted my application with Kim who was very informative and professional. However during a view of the apartment 506 & 508 it was numerous amounts of roaches and spiders. My daughter was terrified. Kim did explain that she would have then spray treatments every Friday but that was not enough for me to proceed and move onto the property. Kim was amazing and professional they also had a free application and admin fee special but I couldn't get myself to pay 1800 plus in a unit that was renovated and full of bugs"

We haven’t encountered any maintenance or facilities staff and, or issues to completely rate, however I’m sure they are superb as well. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I highly recommend this diverse, affordable, quiet, and clean community!"

"Staying at Ashford at Springlake Apartments has been an overall nice experience. The complex and its amenities are kept tidy. Communication with the leasing office is easy and they handle any issues in a timely manner. My only dislike is how thin the floors/ walls are. Of course this comes with the territory of apartment living, so just be mindful of that. Beautifully renovated, great sunlight. 4stars, lovely location."
