"I am loving my experience at Manor Barrett so far. Nadaya did an absolutely amazing job at not only the apartment tour, but she also exhibited a level of customer service that I didn’t get at any other apartment complex I toured. She was very responsive and answered all my questions before move in, move in day, and even all of my extra questions now that I’m settled in lol. "If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. I was looking for an apartment in the area for a new job. I toured several but none checked all of my boxes like Manor Barrett did. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and amenities are unmatched. I’ll actually be a little jealous when this place starts to fill up because I’ll lose my prime parking and the quiet fitness center. The location is prime with easy access to shopping, dining, and I-75. Shout out to my amazing leasing consultant Nadaya, who gave me a great tour and patiently answered all of my questions from beginning to end. She was professional, courteous and helpful to this day. And even though Nadaya helped me specifically, I’ve gotten to know the rest of the staff as well who are just as friendly and helpful."
"I toured 3 different floor plans and I am in love!!! Jada was my tour guide and she was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the property as well as the property management company. Any questions I had, she was happy to answer them. One thing I am big on is customer service, and Jada made me feel so welcomed. Thank you."
"Danny was absolutely amazing! We did a tour with him on Saturday and he literally made us fall in love with the complex and the apartment. He is a very acknowledged person. Professional, lovely and attentive. Answered all of our questions. The apartment is beyond beautiful, great space, well designed and the complex has a lot of amenities. "Very beautiful with lots of extras. It's prob. one of the best apartments in kennesaw. Kim was wonderful on our tour today. Kim answered all our questions and was very on top of her game. I'm kind of sad to say this place might be a little out of our price range. The apartments are amazing and it's a good location. I would love to live here but it would be at the very top of my budget."
