"I have neighbors that moved in and they are very nasty, they will leave there trash out for at least a week, in front of their door. They have able bodies living there and they are in and out throughout the day, and no one takes the trash out. I have noticed rodents and the smell is awful with the hot weather. I reported this issue numerous times, nothing is resolved with management, all they ask for is a picture and charge them for leaving there trash outside. I hope management or corporate will resolve this issue and I have pictures of there trash and food lying in front of there door."
