"Worst apartment complex in the area by far! I stayed here with my boyfriend and There was a roach infestation that never got cleared. “Pest control” would come in and “spray” for them but it never worked. My boyfriend and I started having respiratory problems, come to find out there’s also a mold problem. And to top it all off, the whole entire outside of the complex walking around smells like marijuana. Wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to have to live here! Absolutely outrageous."

"Amber should be fired! Do Not move here! These people caused my 28-year-old daughter so much stress. The apartments are trash. The unit was infested with roaches which caused so much damage to her belongings including a PlayStation 5 an Aerogarden and her coffee pot. Amber has been caught in several lies and is an overall nasty person. My 6-year-old granddaughters got sick due to all the mold. They need to be shut down. I will be reporting them to every agency known to man. And don't get me started with the nepotism. Again move here at your own risk."

"We haven't moved in yet only reason I gave 4 stars, but so far Deborah has been such a help to my family and I. We needed verifications for our rental history and last complex wasn't moving with urgency. Deborah stayed on top of them until the necessary documents needed. She has been polite and understanding throughout this process. I hope to add an extra star once we move in."

"Absolutely loving our time here! The ladies in the front office are so amazing and work with us with whatever needs we have! The foreman are so quick to fix anything and I love that they are always friendly! Before moving here from out of state Kate was sweet enough to make us our very own TikTok of our new home which sealed the deal for us. Always above and beyond!"

"DO NOT LEASE HERE if you don’t wanna wake up and go in your restroom for a huge water roach to crawl on your foot or walk in your living area/ kitchen for them to crawl out when you turn your light on. The customer service sucks here. The agent, Debra is nice… but The Indian or whatever she is girl Aria sucks very nasty and very much a liar she thinks that she own the property. Overall bad customer service the people that work in the office clearly act as if they’ve never had a job before and think they have control over things here, glad I’m getting every dime that was spent at this place BACK! I wish it could shut down."
