"I have been here for a couple of years. Summer and the leasing team have been holding down the fort. The property is always well maintained and clean. The maintenance team goes over and beyond(issues I've had were fixed the same day). Most of all, the way this place caters to the more mature adults and families is outstanding. When it's like that, you're fine with me."

"My wife and I have been at Camden for 1 1/2 years, and have enjoyed our time here so much. Summer, Sky and Pamela have responded thoroughly, quickly and with a pleasant attitude whenever we brought our needs and questions to the office. Mike and his maintenance team have been awesome in responding to our calls for help whenever something needed to be fixed. Living here is better than owning our own home, and we plan to be here as long as we can."

"We love living at The Camden Peachtree City Apartments. We moved here in June of 2022. The Staff is awesome. There is Summer, Sky, and Pamela in the office. They go out of their way to make our lives here wonderful. Mike, Louis, Aaron, and Jamal are the best maintenance guys. All I have to is put a request in and they are here immediately. They are friendly and courteous and always very neat with the jobs they do. We love using the gym, and the pools. We also use the grills. There are tennis courts and a dog park, also. When our grandkids visit, they love the playground. We have no reason to buy a house when we are so pampered here. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really nice place to live. We really love our apartment. It faces the woods and we enjoy watching the birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and in the Spring and early summer we see deer. Just a great place to live."

"Camden Camden, don't be sorry but fix these issues that are costing more in the long run !! I fell in love the first day i moved here. But overtime it became such a hard place to live. They just make it look nice from the outside. CAMDEN IS A SCAM. Cops always show up and we are not informed on what is going on around us, I'm scared to let my kids play outside. They barely pick up the garbage and we're charged every month for it. Dog poop literally all over the place, you got to watch your step at all times. Maintenance guys are literally a joke, the white head always got an attitude for some reason. I think he's a supervisor and he should be checking the areas on Monday to see what needs to be clean but instead he be smoking cigarettes like everything is cool. The hallways are nasty, the pool is disgusting, i don't even think it filters properly. That's why anyone barely goes there. Garbage is filled to the top, IVE SEEN SAME GARBAGE IN THE BIN FOR WEEKS, very smelly from the heat and full of bugs. ( a thought can't even cross my head to use the grill to bbq. NASTY.) Hopefully no one gets sick. Camden is not a cheap place to live and they better take care of people that pay with their hard earned money. Don't be sorry or don't ask me to contact you because you guys never answer the phone. Tell your guys to take care of the place that we pay money to live here. It's not fair to take peoples money without doing your job. STAY AWAY FROM CAMDEN IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY WORTH. ( I WILL CHANGE OR DELETE MY COMMENT WHEN THESE THINGS GET FIXED, IF MY REVIEW IS STILL HERE AFTER AWHILE THAT MEANS THEY DIDN'T DO A DAM THING ABOUT IT ) there's your answer."

"I’ve lived at Camden for 6 years. It’s been an easy living experience, accommodations by leasing staff Summer and Sky, maintenance has always taken care of issues quickly and correctly. Enjoyed my time here! Sad to leave due to work."
