"Allie, George are great. BARBARA made me feel especially welcome. Nice warm place for a cold night. Very cozy. Be patient as I think they're going through upgrades. Otherwise well kept and comfortable."
"Kept calling down the front desk and telling them that the heating/air-conditioning unit on the wall was acting weird. It only showed a single digit and then when choosing what temperature you wanted, it had a number and then a plus or minus after it or half a number. They told me they would tell the maintenance guy the next day. Nobody ever came to the room or did anything. I just purpose to not use any kind of AC or heat while I was there."
"Rooms are always clean and location is pretty good. Not a fan of newer front desk staff. As someone who worked 6+ years in hotels, I know the front desk employee was being lazy. It takes 2 seconds to make the update in Fosse during check-in. You should always be confirming number of nights and room type. When a guest states that they will be reducing the length of their stay at check in, you should immediately make this change at check in. Not every company provides corporate cards and some employers make employees use their own card at check in for room + incidentals. So it's very important you don't charge for 4 nights if they are telling you very directly that they will only be here for 2 nights. $600 is a lot different than $300. I would recommend future guests be very direct and ensure changes are made before swiping your card. It can take 7-10 buisness days for funds to be released which could mean a missed payment for some people. To add insult to injury, I was also put in a handicap room."
"I had such a great experience at check in with him the guy George few months ago. I have to admit he’s part of the reason I went back. He was super nice. he also shared info about where to find places like restaurants and shops around the hotel! The stay was good. The hotel is super clean and the location is quiet. I will be returning."
