"Uncommunicative and haven’t received my security deposit for over 30 days, when I had a conversation with the property manager yesterday he mistakenly said that I had paid $100 less than I had on my deposit which I now have to document and prove. Not a good experience living here, lots of random fees, cockroaches, sound of sirens, and total lack of communication. For ANYTHING to get done I needed to actually physically go to the office. Do not recommend moving in here!"

"Didn't receive security deposit for over a month even after confirming new address. And now after 7 unresponsive calls in a row I find out that I'm losing about $300 for 'backed up water bill' for two months, when my water bill month to month would be less than $30. Save yourself a headache and at least several hundred dollars and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE Edit: And as you can see the property manager responded to the name of my google account and without any information regarding my issue. And let me add that there was black mold in my apartment and that this was brought to the attention of the office and was uncorrected while I lived there for over a month."

"My boyfriend and I recently moved in with The Greens and honestly we couldn’t ask for a better experience as first time renters. Ty Major in the office has been a fantastic help. She always answers our questions no matter how minor they may be, and her patience is phenomenal. My boyfriend and I always ask for her, she’s awesome. We made our first maintenance request the night of move around 10:30 PM. The next morning at 9:00 AM we had someone with the team at our door. There ended up being nothing wrong, but again he was kind and taught us some things about the apartment we didn’t know! Super fast response from the team, personal approach with customer service, and knowledgeable staff. We’re very happy. "

"The Management and Staff at The Greens at Peachtree City are so Professional, Kind and Welcoming. It has been my experience that if there is a concern or need a repair I feel comfortable submitting the request online and/or have felt free to inform their office in person. Either way they always respond and the request is taken care of immediately. This apartment complex is also conveniently located close to various dinning and shopping that can easily be walked to by using the golf cart trail. If you are looking for a pleasant quiet place to live stop by The Greens at Peachtree City Apartment!"

And this is the VERY first time that I have seen a maintenance crew that (1) shows up on time (2) knows what they are doing and on top of that each one has been nothing short of professional, courteous and overall just a pleasure to have in our home.
