"While visiting from out of state to relocate. I visited this senior complex. The staff and workers were very welcoming. I'm looking forward to being one of the residents here, when they have a available apt. I've been waiting 8 months with no call or response from them. After taking my Application and Money Order. Why do these apts take senior money than never respond. We are on fixed income and can't afford to get taken advantage of. Who gets the money you all are taking like a scam This is bad business practice."
"I have toured the community a few times. My initial visit was back in 2015 and here just recently. Although I do not meet the age requirements, I have referred several of my church members and neighbors that are entering the next chapter in their life. The facility is always clean, the grounds always look good, and the few residents I've met have been very pleasant. I wish there were more facilities like this in the Newnan/Sharpsburg area. If I could give this review 10 stars I would!"
