"I’m a resident and have been for the past almost 4 years now. The community is a great place to live. I appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests which is typically the same day if it’s put in early enough. The grounds are well maintained and well lit which I absolutely love. The unit’s air filters are changed and pest control is done regularly. I've seen inoperable cars tagged and removed several times so parking for my building is adequate with no complaints. I couldn’t ask for a better staff, they are always friendly and helpful from the front desk to maintenance. I’m pleased to call this place home."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years now and overall it has been a good experience. I’ve lived in 3 units on this property. There aren’t any issues with noise and the gate usually works. I experienced an attempted break-in a few months ago in one of my units and Dakoda in the leasing office was extremely helpful in getting me into another unit that felt safer for myself and my daughter in a timely manner. The maintenance team does a great job with responding to requests and keeping the grounds clean."
