"Beautiful place to live. Office and maintenance personnel are amazing! The world of marijuana can be excessive for a non smoking property. I believe all properties should have building allocated for smokers and non smokers."

"This property is not worth the rent they charge. Poor communication with tenants. Trash piles up as the Valet service never picks up the trash. The water constantly goes to low pressure or no pressure at all and the community does not communicate this with tenants. Management changes frequently. Maintenance changes frequently. Stay way go across the street to the Dylan at Fairburn. Much cleaner nicer staff and you won’t come home from work and not be able to take a shower for bathe your kids. Solstice is over prices for the service they provide."

"I have lived here for 3 years! I’ve had no problems. We have recently changed leasing managers. I love our manager! When you need anything fixed, it is done in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone! It’s very convenient from everything!"

"Rough start but very pleasant now! Moved in January of 2023 and hated it with the previous management. Constant maintenance issues (several outages with the heat and ac, my electric bill was unbelievable) and the maintenance crew had no respect. They would show up unannounced and let themselves in, they even let a contractor come in alone without notifying me who proceeded to scratch the walls while replacing the thermostat and kick a box across my living room and not move it back to its place (saw on my ring camera). I also heard maintenance talking about me when I wasn't there on my ring camera. No one would answer emails or calls and the gate was frequently malfunctioning causing a rise in crime within our complex. I would try to pay my rent early and they wouldn't process the check until it was actually due, defeating the whole purpose. They forced me to pay for valet trash even though I am always at work during designated pick up times and would never use it, they told me it wasn't optional. Any attempt of getting information or communicating with someone was a true nightmare, I was ready to leave once my lease was up. However, with the new management, this place is awesome! Hallways are a lot cleaner, they process my early rent payments, everyone is so friendly, and maintenance is amazing! Response time on everything is the best I've ever seen. This new management makes me feel at ease living here. It sucks they walked into this place being such a mess, but they are truly doing a great job of turning it around. As long as it keeps getting better, I will be renewing my lease!!"
