I really appreciated his knowledge and service. If you need someone to come and fix anything in your apartment request mr Gilbert Anderson, he doesn’t disappoint!"
"Everyone in the Office was very Polite, Professional and Patient. I was able to view 2 units. Special salute to Ms. Katrina Hammond!! Who is very knowledgeable and has a Beautiful Spirit!! "I DO NOT recommend these apartments, believe the reviews when they say the trash stays full and overflowed & let me not forget to mention, the AC in the apartment I’m in is ALWAYS going out. Instead of them replacing the filter they “fix” this broken one which lasts for at least a month then it’s out again, but you go in the rent office and it’s cool as an icebox so no wonder they don’t care too much about our concerns!! They have the money and time to make sure the bldgs and doors are repainted and the grounds is repaved but what about the safety hazard your tenants endure being overheated??? They expect rent on time but never wanna fix sht, unless it’s on their time. Any time we call about the AC going out they always have to “order the piece” atp it should be a thousand of these so called pieces on standby. This is not safe for anyone to live like this especially during the summer. I can’t wait to move, I don’t wish these apartments on anybody!!!!"
