Evergreen Terrace

"My friends are registered nurses that are just starting here in the U.S. and they inquired in this apartment complex. Paid $300, for the application and admin fee. Then few days later got an email that they are approved. When they tried to go the evergreen terrace, they were informed that they were denied. And they could not even provide any reason as to why it was denied all of a sudden. They are scammers, beware!"

"Hello Everyone, I resided at Evergreen Terrance from 2014-2023.. Let me just say my initial welcome came from Ms. Regina. She was patient, as well as compassionate! I was nervous because this was my first apartment. She made me feel comfortable, and ensured she would do her BEST in accommodating me.. Boyyyy!! did she!! she went above and beyond! not only was she always pleasant, anytime I called and requested to speak solely to her. She was always available.. I did have several apartment maintenance issues. That is one of the reasons why I left, however, It had nothing to do with Ms. Regina! I've watch her be promoted throughout the years, and she is so deserving! She is one of the reasons I stayed as long as I did because she genially cares abt the residents. Side bar.. Ms. Kelly who was fairly new before I left, also has GREAT customer services. Thank you so much, Regina!"

"I give it 2 stars because I got denied when I make 3x the rent I’m not sure what third party company they use but they should get rid of it. I even wanted to reapply with a co-signer, when I asked if I would be refunded the admin or application fee they said, “no” so I would have to reapply and pay for the whole thing again, leasing agents are friendly, and property is nice though!"

"Was interested in this apartment complex for a while, put in an inquiry for a 2 bedroom and received an email from Kelly. She was so sweet and helpful definitely making this process easy and quick for me! She stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and answered any questions/concerns that I had. The day of signing my lease she welcomed me to the community with open arms and a smile!! Thank you so much Kelly! ☺️"

"I received an email from Kelly to come and see the property, once there I was greeted by Kelly in the leasing office and she was very warm and sweet. I had a good feeling before I even tour the model and once touring the property I knew I had found my new home and Kelly made that experience for me welcoming, its because of her all of her efforts is why I am now a resident and I have no regrets, maintenance is very on hand and responsive to work orders. Thank you Kelly for making this place my home, you are amazing, I would recommend you call a speak with Kelly. My only complaint would be some of the amities are not available."
