"The construction of 12 buildings is scheduled to be completed by the end of this summer (2023), specifically in July or August. However, please note that there won't be a gate and clubhouse until then. I must say, the interior of the buildings is absolutely stunning, exuding a sense of luxury and cleanliness. I was particularly impressed by the well-designed settings and the presence of brand new appliances. But I have some serious concerns regarding the parking situation. Parking lots may not be sufficient to accommodate all 314 units. Residents will experience difficulties finding parking spots for sure."
