"It's a great place to live. It's safe and the community amenities are always kept up. Both the maintenance and the leasing team are the BEST! They really care about the tenants. 5 stars for the future residents. Now, we just ask for a kids playground and car wash as a promise."

"Amazing complex.. but with this new management, I don’t know what’s up. This is the second time in one week that the power has gone out in our building. When I tried calling the front office they did not answer, and when they finally did the lady said that it was not their fault but GA powers, and I needed to call. I feel like as the apartment complex, for their customers sake would take charge and call GA power themselves. Overall, we are paying a lot of money to live here and as management this should have been their issue to help our building fix."

"I've lived here for the last 2 years. I love the complex, especially the maintenance crew! Even under the new management, the maintenance crew has continued to provide outstanding service. Our shoutout goes to Jesus for not only meticulous service, but his friendly demeanor and ability to get along with not only the residents, but our pets! He's been a wonderful addition to the Archer Team. Thank you, Jesus!!"

"New to The Archer and so far I like how quiet the community is. Jesus, with the maintenance team, has been awesome about assisting with work orders. He's responsive, polite, and has great customer service. The community is fairly new. The front office team is also responsive. The valet trash is an extra perk. So far the only downside to this spot is the weed smell leaking into our unit from the neighbors."

"Have lived here for 3 years and love it. We change management a lot and the gates break often, but the building is clean, and we’ve never had any bugs."
