"Management is great . They always willing to work with you if you get behind . Down fall is roaches everywhere, walk ways are in need of a good pressure washing as well as siding in hall way. Maintenance is slow about fixing anything. Dumpster is always over flowing . Other then that everyone stays to them self and pretty quite"

"Called for availability and she said one coming up for rent June 1st but would not even take the time to check to see if it is an upstairs or downstairs unit. If this is the level of customer service for potential customers I would hate to see how they treat the paying residents. Moving on"

"We have lived at Morgan square for 3 years. Some positive of living here is the price, it’s not so bad. Some negatives are that parking space is limited, neighbors don’t respect your parking spots, and lots of parties happen. The biggest negative is that for 2 years now there has been a pot hole developing at the entrance of the apartment complex and the issue has not been fixed yet."

"Always keep in mind that everyone’s experience with something is going to be totally different. I’ve been living here for 2 years. I did have a few issues in the very beginning but they were taken care of quick. The kids and neighbors are somewhat ghetto but to be honest I didn’t expect anything different. I come in my apartment and mind my business and so does my children. The only issue I always have is someone’s visitor parking in my assigned parking spot. The apartment is nice on the inside and out. The owners are very nice! Rent is highly reasonable! The staff in the office are always cordial!"
