"My wife and I loved living here! The apartments are spacious and well maintained, and the rent is very affordable. Our friends always commented on how much they liked the design of the units (and my wife loved the amount of counter space in the kitchen). Management and maintenance were always friendly and helpful. The location was great: just a few minutes from downtown Cartersville and I-75 (you can walk to town in about 20 minutes, too). Definitely worth a good look if you're hunting for a place to live in this area!"
"I called for a serious inquiry about this property. I ask them if they could send me any photos of the property since they did not have a web presence period. I was informed "We ain't got nuttin like that here" I honestly thought I heard banjos in the background. They really need a marketing manager or at least a driven employee that will help their community."
