"It was one of the best places I've lived in town and to be honest it was the first time in years after suffering a loss my life crumbled but I finally stabled out and on my feet at this place. I did nothing but work, mind my business I'm a quiet person and stay myself I was evicted for no reason after living here over a year and never missed a payment I came home one day to find an eviction notice that she said I was lucky to have a week!! Wow! She also told me she didn't have to give a reason. I had all my stuff on the sidewalk and left the place cleaner than the day I moved in and I couldn't get my deposit back for another week so that left me stuck and homeless. So good luck to all who move here and be ready to be evicted at any time, for no reason. be prepared so you don't end up living outside and trying to find safety at night."

"I am reporting this business under violating in compliance with the ADA. Nancy offered us a property after we filled out an application then when she found out I require a service animal she stated my dog was a “dangerous breed”. You should be expecting a call/ visit from the BBB soon."

"I am relocating to Cartersville and stay at the Oasis till I can find permanent housing. Years ago it had a bad repudation but new management is renovating the apartments and cleaned up its blemished reputation. I enjoy staying here and its located close to everything.. the tenants are screened by management and are friendly. I especially like the one payment that includes the rent, utilities, cable, ect. I highly recommend it."
