"Fiancée moved out this summer at the end of her contract. The apartment charged her $350 and didn’t notify her and sent it to collections bombing her credit and now we can’t get the apartment or collections agency on the phone. If this is how the apartment does business I do not recommend. Not worth your future credit score there are better apartments in Carrollton"

"I've lived here for almost 6 months now and I love it. It's quiet, the neighbors are great and they are very pet friendly. Cheyenne, the property manager, is amazing and will help you with anything she can, and not that I've needed much, but maintenance is very good and quick to respond. The rent is reasonable and competitive. There is a laundry facility onsite that is less than half the price of a laundromat, if you don't have them in your apartment. Most of the units are updated and renovated prior to move in, and parking has never been a problem unlike other complexes I've lived in before."

"These apartments needs to be cleaned up !! Broken fenceing.Over grown weeds & grass. You Need to update these apartments. Some ppl have windows units because their air conditioner doesn't work right. Apartments smell musty. & Way over priced for something that they don't maintain anything outside or inside these apartments."

"I have lived at Northridge Apartments for a bit. I thought it was time to write a review because I have been so happy living here. Its very quiet. All the neighbors are friendly and they keep the property real nice and clean. Bradley the apartment manager is just as nice as he can be. The maintenance guy Randy, gets the job done. If you let him know you have a maintenance problem he will do his best to fix it asap. If your looking for an apartment, I would take a look here first."

"It’s my first time moving and my first experience overall. It’s been one of the smoothest and most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had dealing with leasing or anything of that sort. I was always kept as top priority by Bradley (manager), communication and care was top tier, and every bit of information was mapped out for me. He worked hard to get me comfortably moved in as quickly as possible. Being a first time tenant, everything was explained perfectly to me so that I would fully understand any expenses and what I was getting into. These people care! My apartment unit was everything I could ask for, beautiful carpeting, paint, appliances, everything. I’d 100% recommend this area for anyone especially if it’s your first moving experience. Bradley is amazing and super nice, very easy to communicate with. Randy handles all the handy-man work and maintenance; he had my apartment in top shape for my move-in date. Props to Bradley and Randy, they are amazing people!"
