"Wow I just got done delivering a door dash order to a customer in this apartment complex and saw someone on the Second floor of the B building using a grill with a fire lit. When I use to live here in the lease it literally stated that we weren’t allowed to use those type of grills on the balcony. I guess the rules only apply to some. If that building catches on fire their gonna be in a whole lot of trouble!"

"My Daughter rented here for her second year in college. She had three roommates, which she didn’t know. Before moving in she had requested that her and her friend be able to be roommates but move on day we were told that her friend would be in the apartment above her. Then during walk thru there was so much wrong with this apartment. Very old dingy carpet, walls not painted properly, ceiling in bathroom was in very bad condition, kitchen looked horrible. Overall, this place is a dump! My Daughter only stayed there for about one month and then her Dad passed away and she did not want to stay there. She needed family. When she moved her things out after lease was finished, they charged her for carpet replacement, paint and cleaning. Pretty much they got free carpet and pain from my Daughter!! I took pics at move in but lost them when I upgraded my phone. I don’t know what the rehabbed units look like but the one she was in was trash and these people should be ashamed!! They take advantage of college students! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Hope these people enjoy the almost $400 that you charged my Daughter!! I would definitely not recommend this place!"

"The brumbelow is a great place to live, the staff is friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and offered refreshments as I sat down to learn all about all the amenities, etc. then I was taken on a detailed tour. Definitely a good experience."

"If I could give zero stars I would but these good reviews are CAP! Current resident at this place and if you have any type of self respect for yourself, do not move here. Literally majority of tenants sublease at this place because its THAT awful. The apartments are so run down that I would literally consider this SECTION 8 housing!!! Your unit will look nothing like the tour. Also RATS, GNATS, loud neighbors you name it! It's all here at Brumbelow. Counting down the days until my lease is up! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The only good thing about this place is Marvin, the ONLY maintenance man. He completes work orders usually same day and he's cool as heck. Management here is literally dreadful and yes even the new management. Do not move here I can't stress it enough. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If you already signed a lease for August 2021 work on finding a sublease STAT cause you will have regrets."

"This is my first year living at The Brumbelow. So far, the staff has been AMAZING. They are easy to contact and they genuinely want to help. They want to make you feel at home. The Brumbelow pool is the cleanest pool out of all of UWG housing. It is always clean and the pool chairs are new.This experience has been great."
