"I’ve been living here for about 6 months, and haven’t had any serious issues. The management and leasing agents are kind, maintenance isn’t creepy, we aren’t bothered much. Our AC went out in the peak of summer and emergency maintenance came out same day to fix it. The 24/7 amenities are nice for shift workers their little monthly events are cute and they make it welcoming. My only complaints are the dog owners here have a serious problem picking up after their dogs and it’s unsightly, as well as a few people around my building that just have their dogs off leash. Occasionally people do donuts in the parking lot and unnecessarily rev their engines at 1 in the morning, but they’ve handled reports pretty well."

"Leasing office is welcoming and always happy to lend a helping hand. They are always going beyond the basic level of care and providing us with community based events to bring us all together. I've never had any issues and enjoy my time."

"We move in here October 6 and we are loving every minute of our apartment n it close to the mailbox n amazon lockers but there front office crew are amazing they ask how u been and was up and if ur down they try to cheer u up I love it here"

"If i could leave 0 stars I would. This “establishment” is a JOKE. TWO prior front office employees who I gave my complaints to in regards of lack of cleanliness, illegal substance use, police matter including vehicle break-in’s (which they will quickly tell you they are responsible for any damages), foul odors (the list goes on) said they “noted my complaints in my file” though they did NOT & now upon moving out this company wants me to foot a $1,400+ bill for new carpet & padding due to “urine drenched” & “stained” (according to the phone conversation i had) carpet when we did NOT have a pet lease & my family & I did not pee in our carpet! The staff does not replace the carpet after each tenant which is understandable but having to foot the cost for prior tenants lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. Taylor the current property manager could care less about my concerns with this bill & can only say “i see no complaints in your file”. She also doesn’t know the names of her at one time colleagues . This complex is the less than helpful and believes in grooming their renters with luxury amenities in exchange for poor service as “landlords” . Don’t bother trying to contact them as they take 48+ hours to reach back out via email & usually if you try directly to speak with them you will get told “the property manager will reach out to you shortly” which only means hours if you’re even lucky enough for her to call back. if you love watching people being hauled away in handcuffs, smelling smoke & foul odors, having fatalities happen in your complex or rude and careless staff then i definitely recommend this place! attached are photos of my carpet in which The foundry claims was “stained” & “urine drenched”. We leased a 2bedroom apartment & 1 room was a baby nursery where the baby did not sleep in the room during the duration of our lease; the carpet that had 0 bodies reside in there also is to be paid by us to recharger for said reasons above."

"They have stepped up here. Been here almost a year and my son and I have had no problems. The pool, the gameroom, the dog park, gated community, basketball court so much they have done here. We love it here so much we're doing another lease but we want our own two bedroom not a four. That's the only downside, you get roommates that you may not know or even get along with but that's the chance you take unless you rent every unit in your apartment lol. Excellent apartments come see for yourself if your looking to move into a new place. Look no farther."
