Venue at Carrollton

"Unprofessional, apathetic and disrespectful. Had an appointment with them for a showing but they never showed up. My mother and I waited for a 35 minutes but no one opened the door or called us to reschedule. I called 3 of their phone numbers and the Fogelman property head office but nobody answered. Add to that I know they were expecting a future resident cause they have balloons and a sign outside which they did not have the previous day. I had dropped by on 09/27 thinking it was 09/28. Showed up on my scheduled time at 09/28 and nobody showed up. So I’ve got some *guesses why they didn’t entertain me and my mom in seeing the apartments."

"The Fogelman Management Team change the locks on my husband while he was moving, And the Fogelman Management stole my belongings, this was without notice, or a phone call to me. Not to mention the locks where changed on the mail box as well, Jamie always pull her truck up to the back door of an apartment and load her truck with other people's property. My record for living at this property 2017 to 2023. And for the record there was no eviction notice at this time it was the first week of payment deciding whether to stay or to leave. This was stealing"

"I don't know what these other guys are talking about but I've been living here for about 3 months and I haven't had any problems. The bug inspector comes every month on the 4th Tuesday. There's no noise whatsoever because I'm able to sleep without interruption. I absolutely love this place. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place to live or even to retire. This is the place. My only problem is that there isn't enough parking for guest. Update: My post for South Park Apartments was 4 years ago, it's now called Venue at Carrollton. New management are awesome. Maintenance is awesome too. The reason I'm dropping my stars is because they have made upgrades to the outside of the apartments but hasn't really been into the one bedroom apartments. I know some of the apartments have washer and dryers now. I don't because I don't have a outlet for a washer only for a dryer. Though there's a laundry facility that's walking distance from my apartment. The only upgrades that I have was the change of the light bulbs and my new smart thermostat. They have yet to fix the hole in my wall. Since being here, things have started to rust like my refrigerator and medicine cabinet in my bathroom. It's making my apartment look bad. My cabinets in my kitchen are starting to separate from the ceiling and I feel like they will one day fall down. There's a leak somewhere in my bathroom that's leaking from the ceiling down my wall from behind it. And I'm quite sure that there's mold behind my bathroom wall. I can only do so much in my apartment to make it look decent. There's just so much that need replacing and upgrading. I don't know what all the other apartments have but mine needs attention."

"The maintenance staff stayed on with the new buyers and we were thrilled. They take care of our needs and keep us updated. The new manager Jamie is very nice and extremely helpful with this payment transition. We love our staff and hope to have them for many years to come."

"Renew Carrollton new management is great!! We have so many upgrades on the property. I’m transferring to a bigger unit and super excited about the remodeled apartment. MiKaylee the new office manager is excellent. She takes care of your concerns in a timely manner and she is upfront and honest. She is also caring and very helpful.
