"This is the safest, most peaceful apartments I have ever lived with my kids. It is well ran by a very nice lady who is very polite and dependable, and, if any maintainance needs to be done she gets it done right away. She is strict and very fair when it comes to not putting up with rowdyness,etc so I've hardly seen any disturbances in the 6 years I have lived here. I higly reccomend applying to live here if you are a single mom with kids."
