"!!! Warning ...!!! Most of the good comments here are fake the management here is horrible, they are misleading and not worth it, they are lazy and never want to fix anything but are quick to up rent on everyone with no logical reason and will do there best to push you past ur breaking point . If you are looking into these the best ADVICE I can give you is to just don't , in the end you will regret it ..... They have had 5 different property managers in the last 7 months and everytime they switch or fire a property manager they lose important information that tenants report and rent goes up... I'd start clear of this place .. only wish I would have known how dirty they do people."

"BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went an entire month without A/C and a broken toilet. After sending in countless maintenance requests and phone calls to the office, I finally just spoke with Cory (new management) and he essentially said "tough luck"! He told me that because of Covid, they don't have the staff to run an efficient property. After raising rent $150 p/month from last year! Cory also told me that "every time you renew your lease. the rent will increase.""

"The company and manager are very misleading. They claimed to have an apartment available for me but after I signed, filled out the paperwork, and payed the $150 application fee, they said they no longer had an apartment for me. I asked the manager what happened and he responded that corporate had reserved the apartment and it wasnt actually ever available. I asked if corporate could reserve the 3 bedroom since I could only afford a 2 bedroom and he said no. Whether it was intentional or not, this company took advantage of me and refused to fully refund me. I would avoid this place, they are not trustworthy and will do anything to take advantage of you. There is a reason this place is always under new management."

"I have lived here at Ashton Ridge Apartments now for 4 years. It is now under new management and I so love living here. It is close to many grocery stores and other places. The yards are kept well maintained and they have so made it a great place to live. The staff here are wonderful people and they care about their residents. I would encourage anyone looking for a wonderful place to live to come fill out an application. My son and I love living here and find it a great place to be. In the future if you are looking for a 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartment, Ashton Ridge Apartments is the place to look."
