"NO STARS My toilet ran constantly the bathroom cabinet was on the floor in the kitchenette. bugs running around. It smelled horrible to the point I went and bought chemicals and a mop and thoroughly cleaned it myself the general manager was so rude every encounter with her. Prices went up every week it was ridiculous! Worst stay I've ever had! Workers knocked on my door 3am trying to "check the paint" unsafe and too pricey for the way your treated. Her own house keepers and desk clerks talked and complain to guest about how bad she is. I'd stay elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was exceptionally clean, up to date, and roomy. The staff member that checked me in was friendly and professional. If I need to stay in Rome again, I will definitely consider this location again when traveling with my dogs. I just wish the neighboring rooms hadn't been so loud so late."

"This was our first time at an extended day business. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful Pleasant and a hard worker. But we had one towel in our bathroom and she said there were no more towels. It was dirty and the mattress was stained. We called her and the manager agreed to refund our money. There were drug deals going down and tons of people out after 10 yelling and it was just not a pleasant experience and we were only there for about 30 minutes."

"Although it has been some time since I stayed at the Studio, my stay there was nice. Frank, the manager of the Studio does a fantastic job! He's very nice, helpful, gets right on things if there's a problem. He's an overall great person. The room was clean, updated, comfortable bed. It was a nice stay."

"Great customer service! The rooms are pretty much what you could expect from a hotel room that you get when you are on a budget. The bed was fine, the room was clean. The first room we were in, the heater was broken and the guy at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us with a different room and was very apologetic. Overall, it was definitely not bad for the price."
