"The hotel looked nice and clean. The room looked great. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. We were in a King room that was nice but that bed was awful! You heard every spring popping in that bed. They had i don't know how many things piled on top of that mattress to try and hide how awful it was. We did not sleep well at all."

"Came to Rome for a wedding. Paid for hotel online, got to the hotel, and the front desk attendants said they couldn’t find where the payment had gone through. I had a confirmation number and receipt with proof of payment but they refused to even solve the problem on their side and demanded I pay them twice. Asked for the front desk attendants to at least try to see if there was an issue on their end, and they refused to help. Asked to speak to the manager (or manager on duty) and was informed the manager was gone and they were unsure of when they were coming back. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and would not recommend to anyone because if you have an issue, there’s no one to even try to help resolve the problem!"

"I booked this hotel to stay in for 5 nights, from Sunday through Thursday. When I arrived at the hotel, I waited a few minutes for the front desk receptionist to show up. I got checked in without an issue. When I got to my room, I looked at my bed, and there were dark red and yellow stains on the comforter. I went back down to the front desk and asked if I could have my sheets replaced. She stated that she was the only employee there at the time and could not replace my sheets, but that she could offer me another room. She showed me 3 other rooms, including a suite that she was willing to upgrade me to without additional charges. However, all the rooms she showed me had different colored stains on the bed, and some had dirty toilets. I asked her if all the rooms had stains on the bed, and she said, "these are not stains. Sometimes people eat food and it stays there." I then asked her f I could get new bedding for the room I found cleanest, and she said that she would have to ask her boss since she was the only employee there at the time. At that point, I decided I could not stay this hotel and asked for a refund. She had to call her boss, but was able to process the refund without any issues."

"This was a lovely hotel on an amazing hill. They had enough grass and walk space for my dog. Great breakfast. My only problem was no plug for tub so bring one if u want a bath. Gas station at bottom of hill for all quick stop needs."

"Good value. My room was clean, as was the facilities. Convenient to downtown Rome at approximately 5-7 minute drive. Plenty of dining a short drive away. Note- there was a bright flood light outside my window. I was able to knock down light coming in with the blackout curtains. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay here again. Area around this hotel not so great. Definitely lock up.ylur vehicle and take valuables inside. However, I had no issues and exterior lighting and cameras were good."
