"When we arrived to the hotel it was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows omg so cheap and uncomfortable as well. Our tub were dirty!!! NEVER AGAIN"

"The hotel is satisfactory for the price, but unfortunately, the heating is malfunctioning, and the AUTO button doesn't work. Until morning, hot and cold air continues to blow without stopping. Other than that, there are no major issues, but there are no places nearby to eat"

"The air conditioners didn't work. We were in town for a wedding and our family had several rooms in this hotel. All of us had problems with the ac. If you turned it off and on it would work for max 3 minutes. Then once an hour it would turn on for 30-45 seconds and shut off. The room smelled musty too. Hallway carpets were old and need to be replaced. Breakfast was ok and plenty of options. Staff seemed friendly."

"I was shocked that this place has 4 star overall reviews. The rooms was nasty. If there was somewhere else to stay, we would have left. The beds were clean and comfy however the shower curtain, carpet, ironing board, couch, and luggage carts were stained and dirty. There was dried food on the couch arm. We laid towels down on the couch to sit our luggage on. Half of the outlets didn't work, the other half were loose. The carpet trim was falling off the wall. The front desk guy and housekeeper lady was nice but could hardly understand them, and we were in a hurry to get to our event so I didn't have time to show them the room or fuss for a refund. I figured I'd just shoot an email with pictures but of course I can't find an email address anywhere. My loss I guess but I'd advise to check the 2 hotels to either side of this place. I travel often and I'd compare this to somewhere with 2.5/3 star ratings."

"Disgusting is the best word to describe the room. When you first walk in, the lobby is nice and the staff are nice. Once you walk into your room, it’s awful. The rooms are quite big but are furnished with weird, and old furniture that clutter the room. The room smells of mold and water right away and it does not go away. The room is a decent temperature but feels humid, and clammy. The beds look weirdly lumpy like there is something wrong with the bedding. The worst part might even be how the sheets feel moist like they are wet from the humidity in the room. The bathroom isn’t horrible but it isn’t great, to be honest I would never stay at this hotel again and i recommend that no one else does either. I’m not picky about hotels but this is bad. Also the pictures look nothing like the actual room."
