"First off, most of these 1star reviews are being left by people who were made to leave due to breaking the rules. No sense in being petty. I've been here almost a year, just signed my lease for another year and I love it here. My kids love it here. Rich and Melanie have done an amazing job at fixing this place up and getting rid of the riff raff. Only complaint I have, would be no real place for the kids to play but other than that, we have no complaints. We've got a great property manager who takes pride in her job and a maintenance man who goes far beyond his duties to make sure their tenants are taken care of. My kids adore the both of them and so do I!!!"
