"Moved in a few months ago and the community has been nothing but amazing . Our apartment is gorgeous and very spacious with a lot of different storage areas. The pool is really nice in the summer but now that it’s cold outside the gym and fire pit have been so nice to use whenever we feel like having a bonfire or work out! Highly recommend this apartment complex to any families interested! I love that we’re in a nice quiet kid friendly neighborhood that’s only 4 minutes away from Walmart or the interstate! Totally worth it . Felt very welcome from day one by the amazing office manager Gwen and her assistant Bernita ! Both very helpful/ knowledgeable on any and all questions I’ve ever had since moving in! There’s also security cameras on the property and a nice gate that makes it feel extra safe to live here!"

"The property manager was nice, but unfortunately there was a severe bug issue that never got solved. Half of my electricity stopped working every time it rained which means there was some electrical issue outside of the building. I put in a maintenance request for the ice machine to be fixed never was fixed. They marked it down as fixed but never was. My apartment flooded twice. Once in the kitchen, and they had to replace the light fixture and then in the bathroom. My tub flooded due to the handle just coming off and I had to get someone to help me shut off the water. I was on the bottom floor and the flooding came from above me. I had to put down orothene in order to get rid of the pest issue. Out of my own pocket. Definitely not the best place to rent from. Maybe if they got new maintenance people things would be better."
