"I have great neighbors our upstairs neighbor helps my husband and myself any time we come in with the groceries he is going above and beyond to help us our other neighbors are great as well Jessie, Mahayla and tyler all help us with anything we need we don't even have to ask and they are young people, don't tell me young people aren't raised right anymore because I know better I live around them daily thanks for all you guys do we appreciate it"

"Lived there for a few years and before they were bought out it was a good place. It had an awesome manager named Linda and once the apartments were bought out they had several different apartment managers and none of them were friendly or helpful and I would suggest only moving here if u have no other place to go. Luckily I was able to move away from there."

"I live at water edge apartments in Cleveland Tennessee and recently y’all got a new manager who refuses to do an RA or count my childcare as a credit who is telling everyone my business including confronting me in front of my preacher and his wife saying where is your rent and where is the $13 from last month; my preacher and his wife do not need to know my business and she didn’t approach me at my door she approached me at their car door as I’m sitting there talking to them I will be filing a formal complaint and seeing what laws she has broken Although this is government apartments we do not deserve to be treated this way she has called my daughter fat and told her McDonald’s was bad for her to quote her ( McDonald’s will only make you fatter) she is rude has no empathy for anyone and treat everyone like their beneath her and I’m not the only one that thinks so there’s plenty of residents who would say the same of her: she can check the cameras to see if you’re home but not to help a crime that’s been committed she can go back and tell you the exact time your kid was outside playing but when your kids safety is a concern she can’t rewind the cameras to see who is breaking in the apartments and or cars.....She’s Demeaning tells you what you should and shouldn’t have. When most residents pay $25 to very low rent amonts and I pay well over 500 a month she tells me I should prioritize and not have a cell phone if I need my child care credit So badly"
