"If this would let me I would do -5. Stars. My suggestion is if you want to rent one of these have a health inspector inspect the apartment first. Make sure to do a walk through with photos. Otherwise he will sue you for the money to fix his own property. The maintenance guy is a liar and lies under oath in court. So dont trust these people.once so ever. Be careful with these crooks."

"Literally THE WORST place to live. My family and I lived here for around 5 years and both the owners who ran the apartments are very unprofessional. They will go inside your apartment without your permission and if something needs maintenance it will most likely not get done. If you need an apartment in Jasper, this is not the place to go."
