"Close this place down. Nick is extremely rude. Just called to get information and he had an ugly attitude from the start and ended up hanging up on me."

"The room were dirty still when arriving. The towels were clean, but had stains. There were no drink machines on their property. There was no coffee maker in the room or lobby. You had to ring a bell at the owner's residence for any type of service. The staff were very friendly, however, but I don't think I would be back"

"Always a great place to stay. I stay in million-dollar hotels almost every night through the week and when I want to go to relax I come here. Awesome owners. Take a break and smell the roses. I don't care what anybody says about this place is the best place you can stay in. Jasper beautiful place. Wonderful owners, no roaches. Just a good night's sleep"

"If I could give less then one star I would. This is the WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Customer service was HORRIBLE. The room. Oh lord… it was infested with roaches. It had nasty walls and dirty towels but all of that could have been looking past. The ROACHES is what got me. I slept in bed with roaches. When I called to explain and get my money back. The man listened and then said ok, and hung up. Then refused to pick up the phone again. Horrible horrible place. I feel for anyone who tries to stay here. This was a last minute needed hotel. Never have had an issue THIS bad before. I’d never leave a bad review but the way I was treated by the front desk calling *calmly* about my concerns is unforgivable. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, THE PRICE ISNT WORTH THE BUGS."

The owners are here working every day and night. They are a very good examples of how to make something from nothing. Hard work, consistency, and a little time, make good results.
