"I was really needing to move my small family in there. The manger done my background check and a month and half later after messages after messages she finally opened the office door and me and my 2 kids are on the street. She tells me that there was an eviction on my background for something besides non-payment and she tells me that I will have to despute it. I told her that the only eviction I have is for non-payment and I still have the paperwork the constable brought me that says non-payment and she tells me there's nothing she can do. Me and my kids are on the street. She couldn't even point me in the direction to get it fixed so me and kids won't be on the street. The manger definitely has her favorites."

"Planned on possibly moving my little family into these apartments but after I seen and heard how the tenants are treated (unless you're one of her favorites) NO THANKS. More than once person living there I know personally has had problems out of the manager going as far as threatening to evict families with a newborn baby for "having too much company" when no one had been to their house. Telling them no curtains or pictures were to be hung. Not fixing issues unless you go straight to the maintenance man, then he will try his best. Lady seems awful and rude landlords is something I WILL NOT tolerate."
